In order to prevent abuse and keep system ability, resellers can't add new packages, rather resellers have to use following package templetes which are alredy enabled in Reseller Account.

- Reseller Hosting is recommand for low and avarage usage accounts only. High usuage account should not be created under reseller account.
- Maximum email limit per domain must not exceed 150 emails per hour
- Reseller is responsible for keep their clients CMS ( like WordPress/Joomla) in latest versions.
- In the even account is compromized, you would requires to reset account through WHM. [We will not be able to produce detailed abuse report for compromized accounts under resellers]
- Reseller support is only avalaible through support ticket only. Please submit the ticket under 'Reseller Support' category.
- We privide both white labled and private name server options for reseller account
- Private name server option is avalaible for Resell 10 GB and Upper Packages.
- The main domain you need to set your name servers must be registrd through lankahost or names.lk to setup the private name server
