In order to update DNS entries such as CNAME/MX/TXT/A records of the domain which is hosted inside cPanel, you need to use cPanel DNS Zone Editor

Here are the steps to get in to your cPanel DNS Zone Editor,

1. Log-in to your cPanel

2. You should be able to find Zone Editor under "Domains" section of your cPanel

3.Zone Editor list down all the domains you have hosted inside the cPanel account and from the list, select the domain you need to update and click on "Manage"

4. cPanel will list down all the DNS entires you have created under the domain using using "Add Record" option, you should be able to add new DNS entry for the domain. As well as this can be use to update or delete exisiting entry.

  • Please note, it will take few hours to reflect the new/update DNS entry once you update through the cPanel Zone editor.
