How to create cPanel Account from WHM

[ Apply for Reseller Hosting customers only]

1. Log-in to WHM ( using provided WHM credentails or through client are)

 

2. Click on 'Account Functions' from WHM ovewview screen

 

 

3. Click on 'Create New Account'

4. Complete the account information as per the new domain you need to host inside your Reseller Account

Domain domain you need to host on the server. Example: abc.com ( do not enter www)
User name User name for this cPanel user. Please limit your user name to 8 letters. But do not create very short user names
Password Password of this cPanel. Make sure you use complex password for all cPanel accounts.
Email Email address of this cPanel user ( some notifications such as disk usage, bandwith usage will be send to this email address automatically by the cPanel)
Package You can use existing package we have on the system or own package
DKIM It is better to enable if you are hosting emails of the same domain on this server
SPF
It is better to enable if you are hosting emails of the same domain on this server

Note: Please make sure you have update the domain name servers in to same name servers it given at the account creation.
