Server Reboots

Dear Customers,

All the cPanel servers managed by LankaHost will be rebooted between following window as we need to get server booted in to the latest Kernel release by OS vendors. There will be very short downtime until server get reboot in to the correct Kernel. All the reboots manage in person from server to server and we will make sure all the services are up after reboot.

Date: 30.05.2017

Time: 30.05.2017 11.00 P.M - 31.05.2017 3.30 A.M

Expected downtime : 2 minutes - 5 minutes

138.128.173.26 - Emergency Server Maintenance - Completed.

This has been completed on 2017.05.26 at 3.10 P.M. Thanks for your coopration on this matter.

We have noticed primary hard disk of the server is failing. Therefor engineers have immediately taken server offline and replaced the failing disk drive. Currently data being copied from failing disk to new one and as soon as data is copied, server will be back online.

New Support Portal ( Deployment in Progress)

Dear Customers,

We are working on building better support portal and knowledgebase for our customers. Currently our Kayako support portal is not connected with billing portal. Therefore your existing client log-in will not work for support.lankahost.net but in future we are planning to integrate both of them once we complete all the testing with new Support Portal.

We found Kayako as the product to implement support portal in order to make sure we handle each and every request received from our customers in efficient manner.
