Dear Customers, We are working on building better support portal and knowledgebase for our customers. Currently our Kayako support portal is not connected with billing portal. Therefore your existing client log-in will not work for support.lankahost.net but in future we are planning to integrate both of them once we complete all the testing with new Support Portal. We found Kayako as the product to implement support portal in order to make sure we handle each and every request received from our customers in efficient manner.
